They provide human rights protections such as legal advice, judicial representation, strategic litigation, and legislative analysis and proposal; ensure access to healthcare and services through counseling on HIV/AIDS and referrals; capacity building empowerment through seminars, sub-grants, development and dissemation of educational materials and tehnical support; humanitarian assistance including social and financial support, and provision of temporary shelter; and advocacy through proposals and representation.
