Mission
LLHR aims to create appropriate conditions for the establishment of democracy in Libya based on the recognition of the rights of Libyan people as set forth in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. The League calls upon all Libyans, regardless of political and intellectual affiliation, to join in this effort.
